The purpose of this survey is to obtain information on franchising by those most intimately knowledgeable about it -- the people who own franchises.  We are surveying franchisees in thousands of companies covering over 100 different industries.

While it is not required that you answer every question, your responses would be greatly appreciated and will contribute valuable information to our research.  Your response to each question is greatly appreciated.
