FranchiseFacts is independent of franchisors, franchisees and their associations. As such, our reports differ from what other groups may provide in that we have no vested interest in the results. Our aim is simple. We want to better understand the franchising industry through the eyes of those on the front lines – franchise owners. Our reports reflect the views presented by these small business owners.

This independence allows us to present our findings in a way that, we feel, provides multiple new and possibly unique insights.
